Looking for a Co-Founder (Business Development & Sales) to scale a Design & Tech Agency [Equity + Profit-Share]The Mission:I am building a specialized digital agency focused on high-performance design, conversion-focused websites, and modern web/mobile app development.On the execution side, production is handled: end-to-end UI/UX, brand identity, performance ad creatives, and modern front-end builds.I’m looking for a driven Business Development & Growth Co-Founder who excels at client acquisition, outbound pipelines, and closing deals to partner with me and scale this into a lean, high-margin machine.What You Will Own: Outbound Pipeline & Lead Generation: Building and executing cold outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, direct outreach) targeting high-ticket clients (SaaS, D2C brands, funded startups, and overseas agency partnerships). Pitching & Deal Closing: Taking discovery calls, negotiating scopes, and closing retainers or project contracts. Client Relationships: Managing high-level client communication, onboarding, and retention.What I Bring to the Table: Full Delivery & Production: End-to-end design (UI/UX, branding, marketing collateral) and web/app development execution. Fast Turnaround Systems: Reliable workflows that ensure client deliverables hit deadlines without operational bottlenecks. Agile Setup: Low overhead, high adaptability, and zero bureaucracy.Who You Are: You have a proven background in B2B sales, agency business development, or growth marketing. You know how to source intent-based leads and aren't afraid of cold outreach or picking up the phone. You want to build an asset where you have real ownership, rather than trading hours for a fixed corporate salary. Fluent in English, commercially sharp, and hungry to close high-ticket retainers.Compensation & Terms: Significant Equity + Immediate Profit-Share on closed revenue from day one.
