Now, we are looking for our Co-Founder & Managing Partner (Capital Formation & Strategic Finance)—our institutional anchor and capital architect—to launch from 0 → 1.✨YOUR CORE MANDATESitting at the intersection of Issuer Origination × Seed LP Capital × Corporate Equity, you will solve three fundamental questions:1️⃣ Find the first assets: Originate overseas banks, corporates, and qualified issuers seeking CNH financing or RWA tokenization.2️⃣ Raise the first capital: Secure seed LP commitments from Family Offices, Private Banks, and Asset Managers.3️⃣ Finance the company: Lead strategic equity rounds and corporate governance for the Hong Kong operating entity.4️⃣ Build the ecosystem: Convert institutional relationships into long-term capital, distribution, and infrastructure partnerships.✨THIS IS A FOUNDING ROLEWe are seeking a dealmaker and financial architect—someone with the institutional credibility, legal/finance rigor, and network of a true founding CFO/Partner.What matters most:
