Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer

Co-founder & CTO, NinjaHelpNinjaHelp helps Indian families find trusted, verified help for their homes: elder-care attendants, nannies and cooks. Saathi by NinjaHelp gives workers better jobs, at zero cost to them. We’re going live in Delhi-NCR, with more cities next.Underneath both is a hard technical problem: identity, matching and payments for an informal workforce of millions, most of whom don’t use English or email. We’re looking for the co-founder who will own that. What you’ll build

• Verification: identity checks, police verification records, digital agreements and a portable work history for every worker
• Matching: ranking thousands of workers against each household’s needs, including skills, language, location and live-in versus live-out
• Payments: monthly collection from households and split settlement to workers and partners
• Vernacular, voice-first onboarding for workers in Hindi, Bengali, Assamese, Nepali, Odia and more
• Consoles for our ops team and partner agencies, with strict role-based data accessWhere we are: a live platform (Postgres/Supabase, TypeScript, Vercel), a WhatsApp channel for workers, and engineers already shipping. You decide what stays and what gets rebuilt. You might be the one if you
• have 7+ years shipping production systems, ideally as a tech lead or early engineer at a consumer, marketplace or fintech startup
• are strong in backend engineering, data modelling and security, and comfortable handling payments and personal data responsibly
• have hired and led engineers and still write code
• want to build for Bharat, not just for the top 10% of usersBonus: ranking or ML systems, payments compliance, voice or vernacular products. What we offer
• An equity-led co-founder role; salary begins once we raise
• A real problem with a path from Delhi-NCR to national scaleTo apply: apply here, or write to info@mondoviatech.com about the hardest system you’ve built and why this problem interests you.NinjaHelp is a brand of Mondovia Private Limited.
