financial operations, including payments, cash-flow intelligence, financial automation, and connections to financial infrastructure.The OpportunityWe have already built the MVP and are now looking for a Co-Founder & CTO to join at the earliest stage and take ownership of the technology behind Haseel.This is not a traditional CTO position.We are looking for a technical co-founder who wants to help shape the product, architecture, technology strategy, and company from the ground up.You will have meaningful ownership, significant technical autonomy, and a direct role in major product and business decisions.What You’ll DoAs Co-Founder & CTO, you will own Haseel technical direction and work closely with the founder to turn the vision into a scalable product.Your responsibilities will include:Define and lead Haseel technical vision and architectureBuild and evolve the core SaaS platformDesign scalable backend systems and financial data infrastructureBuild AI/LLM-powered workflows and intelligent financial agentsDevelop automation and decision-making systemsIntegrate with external platforms, payment providers, banking infrastructure, and future financial APIsBuild secure systems for handling sensitive financial and business dataEstablish engineering standards, infrastructure, testing, and deployment processesMake key technical and product decisions in a highly ambiguous environmentEventually build and lead the engineering teamWork closely with the founder across product, strategy, fundraising, and company buildingWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who is both a strong engineer and a founder at heart.You may be a strong fit if you have:Strong full-stack or backend engineering experienceExperience building and shipping real-world productsStrong understanding of SaaS architectureExperience with modern cloud infrastructure and databasesHands-on experience with AI, LLMs, APIs, or agentic systemsExperience integrating third-party platforms and APIsStrong understanding of security and scalable systemsThe ability to move quickly and build with limited resourcesStrong product thinking and business curiosityA willingness to take ownership rather than wait for instructionsFinTech and SaaS experience is a plus, but not required.We care more about what you have built, how you think, and your ability to turn ambitious ideas into
