Plenaria is a European platform for investing as a group: every trade starts from a written thesis, goes through independent estimates and a vote, and each member executes it on their own brokerage account. We never hold client money: Plenaria is the decision layer on top of existing brokers. White paper, financial model and pitch deck are done; we are raising a €2M pre-seed (closing April 2027) and plan to launch in Italy and the rest of the EU in January 2028.We are looking for our Co-founder & CTO: the person who will turn Plenaria from a plan into a product, and who will own technology at board level alongside the CEO.ResponsibilitiesDesign the overall architecture: mobile and web app, group and voting engine, secure and auditable decision logBuild the MVP and run the closed beta with the first groupsLead the API integration with a regulated partner brokerOwn security, data protection and technical compliance (GDPR, MiFID II requirements together with the compliance lead)Define the technical roadmap and budget with the CEOHire and lead a tech team of about 6 people from 2027QualificationsSeveral years of experience in software development, with hands-on work on both backend and mobileExperience designing systems from scratch and taking them to productionBackground in fintech, trading, payments or other regulated environments is a strong plusGood knowledge of cloud infrastructure, APIs and security best practicesOwnership mindset, clear communication and fluent English (Italian is a plus)What we offer15–25% equity, 4-year vesting with a 1-year cliffSalary from the pre-seed round (€40,000–50,000)A real co-founder role with a clear plan and fundraising already under wayHybrid: Turin, Italy, or remote from EuropeMore at www.plenaria.eu
