We combine high-speed connectivity, low-cost rural/tier-2 living (₹4k–₹8k/month), and cross-disciplinary cohorts (founders, coders, researchers, and artists) to help people do deep work without city burnouts.Role Overview:We are seeking a high-conviction Co-Founder / Growth Partner to co-lead on-ground property setups, community marketing, and operations. Key Responsibilities:• Lead initial seed capital infusion/co-funding (₹5L - ₹15L) for setting up and branding our first 1-2 flagship campuses.• Drive property owner partnerships and community growth marketing.• Scale cohort admissions, investor demo days, and weekend creator events.Who You Are:• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and believe in asset-light, cash-flow-first startups.• You have background in business development, hospitality ops, growth marketing, or early-stage investing.• Ready to get your hands dirty on ground to launch our first campuses.Compensation:Significant Co-Founder Equity + Revenue Share from day 1 operations.How to Apply:Apply directly here or connect with our founder on LinkedIn.
