Co-Founder & Investment Partner

AurasPay is seeking one co-founder and investment partner to work directly with the founder in building its non-custodial merchant payment software business. The company is headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Remote participation is possible; the working arrangement is flexible, but this is an active operating role requiring consistent time, ownership, and measurable contribution.The partner will bring both substantial relevant expertise and capital. This is an equity-based co-founder opportunity, not a salaried position at this stage. An investment in the company is an essential condition of the proposed partnership, subject to mutual due diligence and definitive agreements. There is no fee to apply, and no money is requested during the application process. The investment amount, ownership percentage, governance rights, and responsibilities will be negotiated with the founder; none is promised by this posting.Responsibilities

• Work directly with the founder to define and execute a practical company and product plan.
• Contribute hands-on technical and strategic judgment across fintech, blockchain infrastructure, and merchant payment workflows.
• Evaluate product architecture, integration priorities, operational controls, and market opportunities.
• Take ownership of agreed workstreams and demonstrate sustained execution, not advisory involvement alone.Required background
• Strong, demonstrable experience in technology products, fintech, and blockchain.
• Ability to assess technical trade-offs and translate them into reliable product and business decisions.
• Experience building, operating, or scaling a relevant product or company.
• Willingness and capacity to make a meaningful equity investment, subject to agreed terms and appropriate review.
