We built the products first.SOURCE | Ventures is building a portfolio of technology ventures across FinTech, EdTech, InsurTech, Artificial Intelligence, Commerce, Marketplaces, and Advanced Technologies.We have independently developed multiple products and MVPs before raising external capital.Now, we are looking for an exceptional Co-Founder & Managing Partner who can turn that foundation into institutional investment, strategic partnerships, and scalable businesses.This is not a conventional fundraising position.We are looking for someone who has sat across the table from venture capital partners, family offices, angel investors, and investment committees — and knows how to move from an introduction to a signed term sheet and a completed investment.Your MissionYou will work directly with SOURCE’s founder to:* Lead fundraising strategy for SOURCE Ventures and its portfolio companies.* Identify, approach, and engage qualified investors across Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the UAE, and the wider GCC.* Build direct relationships with venture capital funds, family offices, angel investors, and strategic investors.* Structure investment opportunities, capital-raising strategies, and investor presentations.* Manage investor discussions, due diligence, negotiations, and closing processes alongside appropriate legal and regulatory advisers.* Develop strategic partnerships and joint ventures that accelerate portfolio growth.* Help shape the long-term capital strategy and investment readiness of SOURCE’s ventures.Who We WantYou have:* Personally led or materially contributed to completed startup equity fundraising rounds.* Direct relationships with investment decision-makers — not just intermediaries.* Strong knowledge of venture capital, startup valuations, term sheets, and investment structures.* Experience working with founders and early-stage technology businesses.* Strong familiarity with the Saudi and GCC investment ecosystems.* The ability to move independently, negotiate confidently, and turn relationships into results.What Makes You DifferentYou don’t measure success by how many investors you know.You measure it by how many investment opportunities you can move forward — and how many you can close.We value initiative, ownership, execution, and entrepreneurial judgment over corporate titles.Partnership StructureThis is a co-founder opportunity with an equity-based compensation structure.There is no guaranteed salary during the initial pre-funding stage. Equity participation, vesting, responsibilities, and potential future salary will be negotiated with the selected partner and documented in a formal agreement.We are looking for someone who wants to build substantial long-term value, not simply secure another executive position.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with regular engagement across the GCC.
