-- Not open for Consulting Partnerships -- FF Ventures | Philippines | Consumer Spin-OffFF Ventures is an operating platform that builds and accelerates consumer ventures by partnering with founders and successors to turn operational complexity into scalable growth.The OpportunityWe are in the middle of a turnaround project, which includes the launch and revamp of different consumer brands in the home cleaning vertical.The operational backbone is already established: manufacturing, trusted sourcing, and existing distribution.We are looking for a Co-Founder to build and execute a fast rollout of a consumer product line, with focus on marketing, brand building & online marketplaces rollouts.Your Role:As Co-Founder, you will be responsible for taking the brands from zero to scale.You will:Co-design the brand positioning, offer, and go-to-market strategyCreate an internal fundraising proposal, defend it Own performance marketing and growth experimentation end-to-end (Meta, Google, marketplaces, funnels, creatives, CRO)Design and validate customer acquisition, retention, and LTV mechanicsTranslate data into decisions — iterate fast, kill what doesn’t workDesign the operations, pricing, team, product Paid media & creative testingEarly funnels & landing pages creationMarketplace launchesScaling the organization while the business growsCollaborate closely with:FF Ventures (venture architecture, capital discipline, brand & commercial strategy)The family business (production, logistics, distribution, assets)Investors (existing)As a Co-Founder of the business you have the opportunity to take a long term portfolio role, which gives you access to building meaningful global impact & equity positions.
