Company DescriptionTeepiTaap Beverages is an emerging Indian beverage company building consumer-focused beverage products designed for the next generation of Indian consumers.We are building TeepiTaap with the ambition of creating a strong, scalable beverage brand with a presence across retail, modern trade and emerging consumption channels.At this stage of our journey, we are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to join the founding team and play a key role in shaping the company's strategy, growth and long-term direction.Role DescriptionThe Co-Founder & CEO role is a full-time leadership position focused on driving TeepiTaap's overall growth and strategic direction.The Co-Founder & CEO will work closely with the existing founding team to develop business strategy, build teams and systems, expand distribution, strengthen partnerships and establish the foundations required to scale the company.This is a highly hands-on early-stage role. The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating across strategy and execution and taking ownership of important business decisions.Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for an entrepreneurial Co-Founder who is willing to invest capital as well as actively build the company. This is not a passive investor position.
