This is a role for CA only and must NOT have crossed their yearly client limit as per new CA client guidelines.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Strategy & Unit Economics: Design and execute multi-year financial models, SaaS/healthcare unit economics, pricing strategies, and global revenue forecasting.Cross-Border Corporate Finance: Oversee US-India multi-entity financial structures, transfer pricing, and corporate tax compliance under the MODERN US HEALTH umbrella.Fundraising & Investor Relations: Lead equity fundraising rounds, construct venture data rooms, and drive negotiations with VCs, angel networks, and institutional investors.Runway & Capital Allocation: Manage cash flow, burn rate optimization, operational budgets, and R&D capital allocation to maximize enterprise valuation.Governance & Regulatory Compliance: Maintain bulletproof corporate governance across MCA/SEC regulatory standards, direct/indirect taxes, statutory audits, cap table management, and legal frameworks.RequirementsCertification: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is strictly mandatory.Experience: 6+ years of leadership experience in corporate finance, investment banking, VC, or as a Finance Head/CFO in a high-growth tech or healthtech startup.
