Apply & track with Apply EdgeCompany DescriptionBrightBond Care is a psychology-led childcare and caregiving ecosystem focused on building a more skilled, trusted, and professional care workforce in India.We work across caregiver training and certification, childcare centre staffing, corporate and industrial crèche solutions, preschool partnerships, and on-demand caregiving support for families.Our approach brings together child development, safety, nutrition, emotional wellbeing, and professional caregiver training to help raise the standard of childcare.BrightBond Care also aims to create dignified and sustainable career opportunities in the care sector while helping bridge the gap between the growing demand for quality childcare and the availability of trained, reliable care professionals.We believe that children grow best when love is supported by knowledge-informed care.Role DescriptionCo-Founder – Child PsychologistThis is a full-time, on-site Co-Founder opportunity based in Hosur for a Child Psychologist who wants to contribute expertise while helping build BrightBond Care's psychology-led childcare ecosystem.As a Co-Founder, you will take ownership of the child psychology and development domain across our caregiver training programs, childcare services, creches, preschool partnerships, and family-focused initiatives.Your responsibilities will include:Developing child psychology and child development frameworks for caregiver trainingShaping psychology-informed childcare practices and professional standardsContributing to caregiver training, assessments, and certification frameworksDeveloping educational resources for caregivers and parentsSupporting child wellbeing and behavioural development initiativesConducting parent and community education sessionsCollaborating with caregivers, childcare professionals, educators, and partner organizationsContributing to research-informed program design and continuous improvementHelping build the psychology and child wellbeing vertical within BrightBond CareParticipating in strategic discussions around programs, partnerships, service offerings, and future growthThis opportunity is suited to someone who wants to go beyond a professional role and help build a new organization and its approach to childcare from an early stage.QualificationsAdvanced degree or relevant professional qualification in Child Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related fieldRelevant professional registration or licensure where required by applicable regulationsExperience working with children and families, preferably in early childhood, school, clinical, or community settingsStrong understanding of child development, behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and family dynamicsStrong communication skills and the ability to explain psychological concepts in practical, accessible languageAbility to develop structured learning content, frameworks, and resourcesResearch-oriented and evidence-informed approach to program developmentAbility to collaborate with multidisciplinary teamsEntrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership in an early-stage organizationInterest in building scalable childcare, caregiver training, and child wellbeing solutionsWillingness to work on-site in Hosur and participate actively in building the organizationWhat We Are Looking ForWe are not looking for someone to simply fill a position.We are looking for a Child Psychologist who wants to build with us — someone who can bring professional expertise, ownership, empathy, curiosity, and an entrepreneurial mindset to BrightBond Care.If you are passionate about child wellbeing and interested in building a meaningful venture in the childcare and caregiving space, we would like to hear from you.
