Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)Location: Sharjah, UAE Commitment: Full-time, hybrid Experience level: Open to high school and university studentsAbout Debateee.comDebateee.com is a platform where people can debate anything, anytime, anywhere.We're an early-stage startup building a new way for people to share their opinions, challenge ideas, and have meaningful discussions.We're looking for a co-founder who wants to help grow Debateee.com from the ground up.The roleYou don't need years of professional experience or a marketing degree.We're looking for someone who has shown they can come up with ideas, bring people together, and make things happen.Maybe you've grown a social media account, organised a school event, led a student initiative, competed in a marketing competition, or built a community around something you care about.What matters is what you've done, what you've learned, and what you're capable of building.As co-founder and CMO, you'll take ownership of Debateee.com's marketing and growth, helping us reach new audiences, build a community, and turn interest into active users.What you'll doDevelop and execute strategies to grow Debateee.com.Build our social media presence through content, campaigns, and creative experiments.Find ways to get students interested in debating and participating on the platform.Help organise events, build partnerships, and connect with student communities.Test ideas, analyse results, and figure out what actually works.Bring new ideas to the table and take the initiative to turn them into reality.Help shape the direction of the company as a founding team member.Who we're looking forA self-starter. You're excited by the idea of creating something from scratch, not just adding another line to your CV.Experience that stands outWe're especially interested in high school and university students who have demonstrated initiative through:Growing or managing a social media account.Organising or promoting school and university events.Winning or participating in marketing, entrepreneurship, or business competitions.Leading student clubs, initiatives, or communities.Creating content, running campaigns, or building a personal brand.Starting projects independently and taking them beyond the idea stage.You don't need to have done all of these.A degree and formal marketing experience are not required.
