This is a founding-level position with genuine ownership of the commercial engine, not a standard employee role.You'll be the person signing brands, negotiating shopping-centre space, and building the partnerships that drive our growth.ResponsibilitiesSource, pitch, and sign independent brands onto the platformNegotiate and secure retail space with shopping centres and property partnersBuild and manage a pipeline of brand and property relationshipsRepresent One Nest in commercial conversations and close dealsShape the commercial strategy as we scale from the first hub outwardWhat we're looking forProven experience in retail, brand partnerships, property, or commercial salesAn existing network on the brand and/or shopping-centre side — genuine contacts you can activateA confident closer, comfortable owning deals end-to-endFounding-level drive: someone who wants to build a business, not manage a functionBased in or able to work hands-on in the North EastWhat we offerA founding-level stake in an early-stage, high-growth retail-tech businessEquity and structure open to discussion for the right personReal ownership and influence over the direction of the company
