Through its flagship service, HomeworkCare UAE, the company offers structured academic assistance at home, online, or through hybrid learning, covering homework support, subject tutoring, exam preparation, and study skills. TargetMinds connects families and schools with patient, reliable, and child-focused tutors and Learning Support Assistants who help learners build confidence and stay on track academically. Its mission is to make learning more accessible, structured, and confidence-building for families across the UAE.Role Description The Co-Founder will play a hands-on leadership role in shaping the strategic direction, operations, and growth of TargetMinds Education in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This contract, hybrid role involves collaborating on business strategy, building partnerships with schools and educational organizations, and overseeing the development and refinement of services like HomeworkCare UAE. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving sales and marketing initiatives, conducting market research, managing key stakeholder relationships, and supporting recruitment and onboarding of tutors and Learning Support Assistants. The Co-Founder will also help define brand positioning, contribute to financial planning, and ensure that all services align with TargetMinds’ mission of accessible, confidence-building learning support. Some work from home is acceptable, combined with regular on-site meetings, partner visits, and community engagement in Dubai.Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to evaluate market needs, service performance, and growth opportunities.Excellent Communication skills for engaging parents, tutors, schools, and partners, and for representing the brand professionally.Proven Sales skills to drive customer acquisition, build partnerships, and support revenue growth.Solid Marketing experience, including digital and community outreach, to promote services and strengthen brand visibility.Experience in education, tutoring, or learning support services in the UAE or similar markets is highly beneficial.Background in business development, operations, or startup leadership, ideally in service-based or EdTech organizations.Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and operate in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.Familiarity with UAE education landscape and comfort working in a multicultural setting.
