The ideal candidate will take ownership of lead generation, client acquisition, internal operations, and team management.Key Responsibilities: 1. Drive consistent lead generation through strategic outreach, networking, and digital channels.2. Convert leads into clients and build long-term business relationships.3. Oversee client servicing and delivery operations to ensure quality and timelines.4. Manage and streamline internal team workflows, productivity, and communication.5. Collaborate on business strategy, growth planning, and scaling initiatives.6. Identify new opportunities for revenue, partnerships, and market expansion.7. Maintain high standards of professionalism in all client and internal interactions.Requirements:1. Minimum 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, business development, or operations2. Educational background: BBA / MBA (preferred)Based in Nagpur and available for on-site collaboration.3. Strong understanding of lead generation, sales funnels, and client acquisition.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Confident personality with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.6. Highly attentive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.7. Ability to manage teams and handle responsibilities independently.8. Creative thinker with a strong sense of brand and marketing strategy.9.
