We're Looking for a Co-Founder 🏓The Court Collective is an upcoming competitive pickleball community based in Abu Dhabi, with a vision to redefine how the sport is experienced through structured leagues, tournaments, player rankings, technology and a strong community-first approach.We're looking for a Co-Founder who is excited to build something from the ground up and be part of the journey from day one.What we'll be building together: • Growing a thriving pickleball community in Abu DhabiOrganising leagues, tournaments and community eventsBuilding partnerships with venues and brandsDeveloping a technology-driven player experienceCreating a scalable model with plans to expand to Dubai and beyondWho we're looking for: 🏓 Passionate about pickleball🚀 Entrepreneurial and willing to build from zero🤝 Interested in sports, community, events or startups📍 Based in Abu Dhabi/UAE (preferred)This is not a traditional employment opportunity.
