The company focuses on working closely with clients to align technology solutions with real business needs.Role Description The Co-Founder will play a key leadership role in shaping the strategic direction, growth, and culture of Aurumaxis Labs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, involving close collaboration with the engineering, product, and operations teams to define the company roadmap and build scalable AI-native software solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, leading client conversations, and refining the studio’s positioning in the market. The Co-Founder will oversee go-to-market initiatives, support sales and marketing efforts, and contribute to partnerships that expand the company’s reach. The role also includes setting performance goals, guiding execution, and helping build a high-performing, inclusive team environment.Qualifications Strong analytical skills to evaluate markets, define strategies, interpret data, and make informed business decisions.Excellent communication skills for engaging clients, partners, and internal teams, including clear written and verbal articulation of complex ideas.Sales capabilities to lead client acquisition, manage key accounts, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.Marketing skills to shape brand positioning, support go-to-market plans, and drive demand for AI-native software and services.Research abilities to explore emerging AI technologies, assess competitive landscapes, and validate new product or service concepts.Previous leadership or founder experience in a technology or software environment is highly beneficial.Understanding of AI, software development, or digital product delivery, with the ability to work closely with engineering teams.Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment and taking ownership of outcomes.Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience is also valued.
