The platform replaces superficial swiping with scientific compatibility matching, using comprehensive psychological assessments and AI-driven algorithms to connect users across major cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, and Chennai. ZEVN focuses on shared values, personality compatibility, lifestyle alignment, relationship goals, and communication styles rather than appearance. With features like blurred photos until mutual consent and a fair, non–pay-to-win algorithm, ZEVN emphasizes privacy, emotional connection, and equal match quality for all users.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Co-Founder role based in Thrissur. The Co-Founder will collaborate closely with the founding team to shape the company vision, product strategy, and growth roadmap, with a focus on scaling ZEVN across India. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving business development and partnerships, overseeing marketing and sales initiatives, and guiding product improvements based on data and user research. The Co-Founder will also help build and manage a high-performing team, represent ZEVN at industry events, and work with investors and stakeholders on fundraising and strategic planning. This role is hands-on and entrepreneurial, suited to someone who is passionate about psychology-driven technology, online matchmaking, and building an impactful consumer brand.Qualifications Strong analytical skills to interpret user data, market trends, and product performance metrics.Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and public representation of the brand.Proven experience in sales, including building pipelines, closing partnerships, and driving revenue growth.Marketing skills with exposure to digital marketing, brand building, and growth initiatives in consumer-facing products.Research skills to understand user behavior, psychology-based frameworks, and competitive landscape.Prior startup or entrepreneurial experience, ideally in consumer tech, dating, or SaaS platforms.Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a strong bias toward execution and ownership.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.Ability to be based in Thrissur and work on-site full time.
