Someone who thinks in systems and has done this — or something close to it — before.You don't need to be able to code. You need to be able to hire people who can, manage them well, and understand enough about what we're building to make good decisions alongside an engineering team.You are likely a fit if you have:A degree in a relevant discipline — real estate, finance, business, economics, technology, or similarMeaningful real estate experience — agency, proptech, property investment, surveying, mortgage, or anything that gives you genuine fluency in how the UK property market worksCommercial instincts — you've sold something, built something, or grown something and you know what that grind actually feels likeStartup experience — either as a founder or an early employee at a company that moved fast and figured things out without a rulebook. A plus, not a requirement, but it mattersThe ability to be a co-founder — which means equity over salary, discomfort over stability, and a long time horizon. We are pre-external revenue and pre-funding.
