🚀 Co-Founder— Brand & Marketing | FitOmgFitOmg is a HealthTech startup building a clinical-grade, personalized alternative to generic diet apps — fronted by Gyan Prabha (PG Diploma in Nutrition, British Learning UK) with an active 250+ member wellness community.We're pre-revenue and building this from the ground up — looking for a co-founder to own brand and performance marketing, and help us actually build FitOmg into a real brand.This is a founding-team role — not an execution-only marketing hire. You'll be shaping how FitOmg is positioned, not just running ads we hand you.What you'll own:🎯 Brand identity, tone & positioning — clinical-grade, not hype-led📈 Full paid acquisition funnel — Meta Ads, CAC, ROAS, creative testing📱 Organic content strategy & growth channels beyond paidWhat stays separate:Clinical/nutrition content stays with Gyan Prabha. Sales & backend are separate tracks.Who we're looking for:✅ A track record you can actually show — real campaigns, real numbers✅ Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Pixel/Conversions API✅ An eye for brand that goes beyond "make it look nice"✅ Startup-stage comfort — early, resource-constrained, hands-on workThe terms ₹5,000 investment as skin in the game. We're pre-revenue right now — once we build the brand together and formally incorporate the company, this becomes equal profit sharing & equity between co-founders.
