As an emerging startup, the company offers the opportunity to help shape its product, culture, and impact from the ground up.Role Description The Co-Founder role at SaathApp is a full-time leadership position based on-site in Bihar Sharif. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and refining the product vision for the hyperlocal delivery platform, collaborating with technical and operational partners, and overseeing key business functions such as partnerships, marketing, and user growth. The Co-Founder will help build and manage the core team, set operational processes, and engage directly with local merchants and customers to validate ideas and improve the service. This role also involves strategic decision-making on pricing, expansion, and funding, as well as hands-on work in areas like customer support, basic analytics, and process optimization as the startup grows.Qualifications Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with experience or interest in building early-stage startups or new business lines.Background in business, operations, or product management, ideally with exposure to logistics, e-commerce, or delivery-based services.Ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, and to work hands-on in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.Comfort with basic technology and digital tools, including mobile apps, collaboration platforms, and simple data analysis for decision-making.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with local businesses, partners, and stakeholders in Bihar Sharif.Strong problem-solving abilities, resilience, and willingness to take ownership of challenges and learn quickly from feedback.Fluency in English and local languages relevant to Bihar Sharif is highly beneficial.Prior experience in leadership or co-founding roles is a plus; formal education in business, technology, or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.
