Company Description Khalifa Makers AI Academy is an innovation-focused academy and makerspace where learners transform ideas into practical solutions through project-based, hands-on learning. The academy uses its 4M Labs framework—Machine, Market, Medicine, and Milieu Labs—to develop skills in robotics and advanced manufacturing, entrepreneurship and business models, health engineering and biotechnology, and sustainable systems and environmental solutions. Programs are designed to equip students with capabilities relevant to the future of work, emphasizing maker education, innovation, prototyping, and practical problem-solving. The academy collaborates with students, educators, and partners who want to build a better future through applied learning and creative experimentation. Community members are encouraged to engage with the labs to prototype, iterate, and launch real-world projects.Role Description The Co-founder role at Khalifa Makers AI Academy is an on-site leadership position based in Pakistan. The Co-founder will help shape and execute the academy’s strategic vision, oversee operations across the 4M Labs, and drive growth through partnerships with schools, universities, industry, and community organizations. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading program and curriculum development for AI and maker education, coordinating with instructors and mentors, managing key initiatives and projects, and ensuring a high-quality learning experience. The Co-founder will also identify new opportunities for revenue, oversee marketing and outreach activities, support fundraising and grant proposals, and represent the academy in public events and stakeholder meetings. This role involves close collaboration with other founders, building a strong internal culture, and making data-informed decisions to guide the academy’s long-term impact.QualificationsStrong Communication and interpersonal skills to build partnerships, lead teams, and represent the academy with diverse stakeholders.Solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to design data-driven strategies, evaluate programs, and explore new opportunities in AI, education, and innovation.Experience in Sales and Marketing to grow enrollment, build brand awareness, and develop outreach campaigns for students, educators, and partners.Proven leadership and organizational skills, with experience in founding or managing educational, tech, or innovation-focused initiatives.Background or strong interest in AI, robotics, entrepreneurship, or STEM education; prior experience in makerspaces or project-based learning environments is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Pakistan and engage actively with local communities, schools, and industry partners.Motivation and strong interest in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Education) or equivalent practical experience.Experience wokring in a king-maker role, or as a co-founder
