DescriptionCo-Sak automates the accountable applicant function in Nordic building permit cases, replacing the slow, liability-heavy admin that developers, contractors, and architects all try to offload. We're looking for co-founder with AEC domain expertise to build the company alongside the two other founders (Sales and engineering). Shaping both go-to-market and product, and helping us navigate the industry as we scale.This is a founding role with meaningful equity. You won't run a single function in isolation, you'll be the domain voice in the big calls: how we position and price, what we build and for whom, and which relationships and segments we go after first. The right person knows the AEC industry from the inside, has built something before, and wants to turn that knowledge into a company rather than another consulting invoice.ResponsibilitiesBring AEC insight to go-to-market: shaping positioning, pricing, and segment strategy alongside the founders.Work hands on with sales and product.Steer the product from the domain side: what to build, for whom, and why it matters in real permit and project workflows.Partner with the founders on the decisions that set the company's direction as we scale.QualificationsDeep domain expertise in AEC, ideally from consulting across both small and large projects.Entrepreneurial experience, you've founded a company or operated inside an early-stage environment.Bold and genuinely knowledgeable about the AEC industry.Strong strategic instinct and comfort with early-stage uncertainty.Based in Norway or willing to relocate.Founding equity will be awarded to the right person.
