Prospective co-founders will join at a formative stage, with the ability to influence the organization’s culture, strategy, and long-term direction.Role Description The Co-Founder will be a full-time, on-site leader located in the United States, responsible for driving the overall vision, strategy, and execution of MJCORP ASIA PVT LTD’s business initiatives. This role involves defining and refining the business model, building and managing core operational processes, and overseeing financial planning and performance. The Co-Founder will establish key partnerships, lead client acquisition efforts, and represent the company in meetings with stakeholders, investors, and regulatory bodies. Day-to-day activities include making strategic decisions, coordinating cross-functional teams, setting measurable goals, and ensuring compliance with relevant legal and industry standards. The Co-Founder will also play a central role in hiring, mentoring, and developing team members, while fostering an inclusive, ethical, and performance-driven work environment.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in founding, co-founding, or leading early-stage companies or business units, with a track record of strategic decision-making and execution.Strong background in business operations, including planning, budgeting, process optimization, and performance measurement.Experience in market development, sales, or partnership-building, with the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders.Knowledge of MSME or small business ecosystems, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements across relevant jurisdictions.Excellent skills in leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Capability to work on-site full time in the United States and coordinate activities across international locations and time zones.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; equivalent practical experience in entrepreneurship or senior leadership is highly valued.Comfort with ambiguity, resilience under pressure, and a strong commitment to ethical business practices and inclusive workplace culture.
