The team is committed to delivering transparency, choice, and support throughout the roofing project experience.Role Description The Co-Founder will play a hands-on leadership role in building and scaling RoofBids, overseeing daily operations, business development, and strategic planning. This full-time hybrid position is based in Winter Garden, FL, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include refining the product and user experience, nurturing partnerships with roofing contractors, and driving sales and marketing initiatives to grow the customer base. The Co-Founder will manage key metrics, analyze market data, and guide the company’s roadmap while collaborating on fundraising, budgeting, and long-term strategy. This role also involves representing RoofBids in local and industry communities, shaping the brand, and building a small, high-performing team.Qualifications Strong Communication skills for collaborating with partners, customers, and team members.Proven Sales and Marketing skills to drive growth, develop campaigns, and build strategic partnerships.Robust Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to evaluate market opportunities, user behavior, and operational performance.Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in startups or early-stage companies.Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and make data-informed decisions.Comfort working in a hybrid environment based in Winter Garden, FL.Experience in home services, roofing, construction, or consumer marketplaces is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
