This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Allahabad Area that requires close collaboration with local stakeholders, partners, and team members. On a day-to-day basis, you will drive business development efforts, oversee sales and marketing activities, and refine the value proposition and go-to-market strategies. You will conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities, validate assumptions, and inform product and service decisions. You will also help build operational processes, manage key relationships, contribute to hiring decisions, and ensure that the organization remains aligned with its goals and values.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to interpret data, assess market trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members, engage stakeholders, and represent the company externally.Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to drive customer acquisition, build brand awareness, and support revenue growth.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative, handle ambiguity, and work in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.Experience in business development, startup operations, or leadership roles is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in the Greater Allahabad Area and maintain strong local networks and relationships.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience is also valued.
