The Co-Founder will work closely with other founding members to define the company vision, develop business strategies, and drive execution across operations, product, sales, and marketing. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and customer research, identifying growth opportunities, building and managing relationships with clients and partners, and contributing to product and service offerings. The Co-Founder will help establish internal processes, lead key initiatives, support fundraising efforts as needed, and build a high-performing, inclusive team culture.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to understand markets, customers, and business performance.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams, engage stakeholders, and represent the company externally.Candidates should possess proven Sales skills to generate leads, close deals, and nurture long-term client relationships.Candidates should possess solid Marketing experience to develop positioning, campaigns, and growth strategies.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative, manage ambiguity, and make informed decisions in a fast-moving environment.Experience in building or scaling a startup, or leading critical business functions, is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Kolkata and collaborate effectively with diverse team members and stakeholders.Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for strong practical experience.
