You will oversee core business functions such as identifying market opportunities, developing software solution concepts, and guiding product and service development in collaboration with technical and business partners. Daily responsibilities include building client relationships, participating in sales pitches, shaping marketing initiatives, and conducting market and competitor research to refine offerings. You will also be involved in financial planning, resource allocation, and establishing operational processes to support sustainable growth. This role requires active leadership in decision-making, team building, and representing the company to external stakeholders, investors, and partners.Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to assess markets, interpret data, and inform business and product decisions.Excellent Communication skills for internal collaboration, client engagement, and presentations to partners and potential investors.Proven Sales capabilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals for software solutions and services.Marketing experience in positioning technology offerings, developing go-to-market strategies, and driving brand visibility.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership, manage ambiguity, and drive initiatives from concept to execution.Experience in information technology, software solutions, or related fields, with familiarity in basic product and project management practices.Ability to work in a hybrid setting from Varanasi, manage time effectively, and collaborate with distributed teams.Relevant academic background in business, technology, or a related discipline is beneficial, though demonstrated experience and initiative are highly valued.
