Job Title: Co-founder Organisation: Yen's World Foundation Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, IndiaYen's World Foundation is a registered not-for-profit, public trust, (12A and 80G approved), based in Trivandrum, Kerala, dedicated to creating a more inclusive and sustainable world.

Our work is driven through three key verticals: an alternative inclusive school for children, also with learning disabilities, a women's empowerment and skilling initiative, and a global climate action program focused on schools.We are seeking a dynamic and passionate woman Co-founder, with excellent language skills and a preferable background in fundraising. This is a unique opportunity to lead and expand a high-impact organization, with a primary focus on taking care of all the trust’s mandatory and obligatory responsibilities, while driving our ambitious initiatives and all other activities of the trust.The RoleAs a Co-founder, you will be instrumental in the strategic growth and operational success of the foundation. Your engagement to lead the climate action vertical, which aims to engage schools through a dedicated app and compelling content will be inspirational. You will be expected to:Lead the Climate Action Vertical: Design, lead, and expand the Climate Action program, engaging schools globally through innovative tools and content, alongside the existing founder.Fundraising and Partnerships: Identify, cultivate, and secure funding from global foundations, corporate sponsors, and government grants. You will be responsible for creating compelling proposals, managing donor relationships, and ensuring financial sustainability.Strategic Growth: Drive the overall growth of the organization, working closely with the founder, while collaborating with the team, to design and implement action projects and programs, setting and achieving ambitious goals. Organizational Leadership: Oversee and manage key trust activities, bringing a sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit to all aspects of the foundation's work.Communication: Leverage your strong language skills to craft persuasive communications, reports, and presentations for a global audience.Represent the organization at conferences, events, and meetings, showcasing our work and impact.We Are Looking For Someone Who:Has experience in fundraising, and donor relations.
