Instead of relying on vulnerable application-layer data, iDARIA shifts the Root of Trust to the kernel level via OMNIA-OS—a hardened architecture utilizing physical secure enclaves and post-quantum cryptography (ML-DSA) to produce un-spoofable hardware telemetry.Operating at the intersection of open-source silicon (RISC-V), operating systems, and edge security, we are currently validating our initial prototypes and preparing our grant and pre-seed fundraising pipeline.The RoleWe are seeking an ambitious, high-agency Co-Founder (GTM / Business Operations & Partnerships) to join from day zero and drive commercial execution alongside technical R&D.Key ResponsibilitiesGo-To-Market & Pilots: Identify and secure early design partners and Letters of Intent (LOIs) across target verticals: DePIN networks, fleet logistics, and edge AI infrastructure.Fundraising & Grants: Co-lead fundraising initiatives, including European deep-tech grants (e.g., NLnet), Web3 foundation grants, and angel/pre-seed rounds.Strategy & Narrative: Translate complex bare-metal security architecture into clear commercial positioning, investor decks, and ecosystem partnerships.Operations & Culture: Partner directly on core operational decisions, legal entity structuring, and hiring early engineering talent.QualificationsStrong track record in B2B tech sales, startup operations, cybersecurity, or developer ecosystem growth.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate deep-tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Experience navigating early-stage fundraising, grant applications, or enterprise pilot negotiations.High autonomy, resilience, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership stealth environment.Background or strong familiarity with cybersecurity, Web3/DePIN infrastructure, or operating systems is a major plus.What We OfferSignificant Co-Founder Equity: Substantial founder equity allocation subject to standard 4-year vesting and a 1-year cliff.Zero Bureaucracy: Complete strategic autonomy and direct ownership of the business roadmap.Frontier Impact: An opportunity to build foundational infrastructure solving one of the most critical security vulnerabilities in edge computing and AI.
