Our long term vision is to make this social media space a better place for generations to come, leveraging voice and A.I.Role Description As a Co-Founder with Investment at Shootwords Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will play a central role in shaping the company’s strategy, product vision, and growth roadmap in a remote, collaborative environment. You will drive day-to-day activities such as defining market positioning, validating product features with users, and analyzing platform performance to inform decisions. You will lead efforts in building partnerships, supporting sales initiatives, and developing marketing campaigns to increase user acquisition and engagement. The role also involves coordinating with technical and creative contributors, managing priorities, and ensuring that operational processes support sustainable growth. This is a full-time, remote leadership role that requires hands-on involvement in both strategic planning and execution.QualificationsStrong analytical skills and research capabilities to evaluate market trends, user behavior, and product performance.Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration, stakeholder management, and external representation of the brand.Sales and marketing skills to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through targeted campaigns and partnerships.Entrepreneurial mindset, with experience or strong interest in early-stage startups, social media, or consumer technology.Ability to work remotely with high ownership, adaptability, and self-management in a fast-paced environment.Background in business, technology, or related fields is beneficial; prior leadership or co-founding experience is an advantage.Good CIBIL score is a must.Good to have experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
