On a day-to-day basis, the Co-Founder will help define the company’s vision, develop and refine the business model, and identify growth opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting market research, shaping marketing and sales strategies, building relationships with customers and partners, and representing the company in external engagements. The Co-Founder will also collaborate on product or service development, oversee operational processes, and contribute to hiring and team-building decisions. This role requires working closely with fellow founders and team members to drive long-term sustainability and success.Qualifications Strong analytical skills and research capabilities to assess markets, competitors, and business performance.Effective communication skills for internal collaboration, stakeholder management, and external representation.Sales and marketing skills to develop go-to-market strategies, acquire customers, and build brand awareness.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative, manage ambiguity, and make informed decisions.Experience in business development, startup environments, or early-stage ventures is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Bhopal, collaborate closely with the founding team, and contribute to a positive, inclusive culture.Relevant academic background in business, management, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
