The software helps veterinary practices go fully digital, covering appointment booking, AI-assisted clinical guidance, auto-billing, FEFO inventory, lab integration, and multi-clinic oversight in one unified system. The platform is built by veterinary professionals who understand clinic workflows and is already used by practices across India, with active global expansion.Role Description As a Co-Founder at ClinicDesq, collaborating closely with the founding team to shape product strategy, go-to-market plans, and long-term vision. You will lead initiatives to grow customer adoption, engage with veterinary clinics and hospital chains to understand their needs, and translate insights into actionable product and business decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving sales and partnerships, overseeing key marketing activities, monitoring performance metrics, and contributing to fundraising and investor communication when required. You will help build and refine internal processes, mentor early team members, and represent ClinicDesq at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to interpret market data, user feedback, and business performance.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage clients, and present to stakeholders.Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to drive customer acquisition, build partnerships, and support brand growth.Proven experience in startup environments, SaaS or healthtech products, or veterinary/healthcare domains is highly beneficial.Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous setting, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Veterinary Sciences, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
