As a growing venture, the company offers opportunities to shape its product, strategy, and impact from the ground up.Role Description : The Co-Founder role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur & Dubai (sometimes). The Co-Founder will work closely with founder to define and refine the company’s vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with market needs and investor expectations. Everyday responsibilities include overseeing operations development in Jaipur.developing channel partners relationships.Driving sales & marketing initiatives in the company. In addition, the Co-Founder will help build and manage a lean team, contribute to establish operational processes that support sustainable growth.QualificationsPrior startup or early-stage venture experience, ideally in HR tech, recruitment, or SaaS, is highly beneficial. Familiarity with GCC labor markets and South Asian worker recruitment ecosystems is a strong advantage.high risk apatite as startups are not easy to scale up.Excellent crisis management, communication & team management skills.Marketing skills to shape brand positioning, support digital campaigns, and drive user acquisition on both employer and worker sides.UPSC qualified or semi qualified / Bachelor’s degree or in Business experience/ college dropout willing to think out of the boxComfort working in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment and taking ownership of outcomes.More details can be discussed in peson.
