As a Co-Founder, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving the company’s vision, strategy, and business growth. Your responsibilities will include overseeing operations, strategizing for market expansion, leading business development efforts, and fostering meaningful relationships with partners, stakeholders, and the internal team. You will also engage in collaborative decision-making that impacts all aspects of the company and promotes a high-performance, innovative culture.You’ll help us:-Transform product vision into a global movement-Define and execute Niibu’s long-term growth and business strategy-Lead operational and financial planning, ensuring scalability and sustainability-Drive fundraising efforts and investor relations with clarity and integrity-Assemble, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary global team-Build and nurture strategic partnerships across technology, wellness, and healthcare sectors-Oversee brand architecture, storytelling, and market positioning-Foster a culture grounded in innovation, ethics, and emotional intelligence-Help with the company's technical operations (if you have a technical background).

Qualifications
