This full-time, on-site position in Bengaluru involves overseeing day-to-day operations, driving business development, and guiding project delivery across concept creation, design, space planning, and turnkey execution. The Co-Founder will collaborate on strategic planning, manage key client relationships, and coordinate with design, sales, and execution teams to ensure project quality and profitability. Responsibilities include setting growth targets, defining service offerings, supporting marketing initiatives, and participating in hiring and team development. The role requires hands-on involvement in decision-making, financial oversight, and continuous improvement of processes to strengthen the firm’s market presence.Qualifications Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, project performance, and business metrics.Effective communication skills for engaging clients, partners, internal teams, and vendors.Sales skills to identify opportunities, pitch services, negotiate agreements, and close deals.Marketing skills to support brand positioning, lead generation, and promotional activities.Research skills to explore new markets, design trends, modular solutions, and competitive landscapes.Proven experience in interiors, architecture, construction, or related design-led industries.Background in business management, entrepreneurship, or leadership in a growth-focused environment.Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple projects, and make informed decisions under time and budget constraints.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Commitment to inclusive leadership, ethical business practices, and long-term partnership building.
