Location: BangaloreIndustry: Food & Beverage / Cloud KitchenType: Full-Time | Co-FounderAbout the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Co-Founder to help build and scale our cloud kitchen brand in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate should have an entrepreneurial mindset and be comfortable managing both business strategy and day-to-day operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive overall business growth, sales and profitability.Manage day-to-day kitchen operations, quality and hygiene.Manage Swiggy, Zomato and other delivery platforms.Develop menus, pricing, combos and new products.Plan and execute marketing, promotions and brand-building activities.Manage vendors, procurement, inventory and food costs.Recruit, manage and motivate the kitchen team.Track sales, costs, customer feedback and key business metrics.Identify opportunities for customer acquisition, repeat orders and expansion.Work closely with the founding team on strategic business decisions.Ideal CandidateEntrepreneurial and highly ownership-driven.Experience in F&B, cloud kitchens, restaurants, QSR or startups preferred.Strong understanding of sales, operations and profitability.Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.Passionate about building a scalable food brand.CompensationCompensation will be mutually discussed and may include fixed compensation, performance incentives, profit sharing and/or equity, depending on experience, contribution and role.This opportunity is for someone who wants to build a business—not just take a job.
