We’re looking for a Co-Founder StrangerHour is entering a serious scaling phase. We are looking for a co-founder to lead growth and marketing.We match people for weekly dinners with strangers six seats, one table, Wednesday and Friday through a simple membership. The product is live. Our next priority is building a repeatable acquisition engine and converting attention into paid subscriptions.The roleOwn go-to-market end to end: paid social, organic content, partnerships, funnel conversion, and brand messaging. This is a hands-on co-founder seat with full ownership of growth not an advisory or part-time consulting role.What we’re looking for- Proven experience scaling consumer products, marketplaces, subscriptions, or community platforms- Strong marketing and performance skills across Meta, Instagram, content, and conversion- Comfort owning metrics: CAC, conversion rate, and paid retention- Based in Dubai / the UAE, or with deep familiarity with this market- Motivated by equity and long-term ownershipWhy this role existsGrowth and marketing need dedicated co-founder ownership as we scale.
