This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Noida, with flexibility for partial work from home as business needs allow. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and refining the business model, leading market and product strategy, and overseeing key initiatives in sales, marketing, and partnerships. The Co-Founder will collaborate on fundraising activities, investor relations, and resource allocation, while building and guiding cross-functional teams to execute strategic priorities. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, identifying new opportunities in the healthcare space, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission of affordable and accessible quality care.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess markets, validate ideas, and make data-informed decisions.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, present to investors, and build high-performing teams.Candidates should possess proven Sales experience to drive customer acquisition, manage key accounts, and build lasting relationships in the healthcare ecosystem.Candidates should possess solid Marketing skills to position the brand, design go-to-market strategies, and support digital and offline campaigns.Demonstrated leadership experience in startups, healthcare, or technology-driven organizations is highly beneficial.Ability to operate strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.Background in healthcare, public health, business, or related fields is an advantage; an entrepreneurial mindset is essential.Commitment to Medify Smart’s mission of accessible and affordable quality healthcare and willingness to take ownership as an equity partner.
