Team members contribute to a collaborative environment grounded in scientific rigor and real-world impact.Role Description The Co-Founder role at AYUTVA is a full-time, on-site position based in Agartala. This role involves shaping the strategic direction of the initiative, leading core programs in research, education, and innovation, and building partnerships with healthcare institutions, academic organizations, and technology collaborators. The Co-Founder will oversee day-to-day operations, including project planning, resource allocation, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include supporting grant and funding efforts, contributing to scientific and educational content, and representing AYUTVA in professional networks and events. The role requires close collaboration with other leaders to grow AYUTVA into a sustainable, high-impact organization in the healthy aging space.Qualifications Strong analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate research findings, and support evidence-based decision-making.Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders, presenting complex concepts clearly, and fostering collaborative relationships.Sales and marketing capabilities to build partnerships, promote AYUTVA’s initiatives, and support sustainable growth.Research experience in healthcare, aging, or related fields, including familiarity with clinical or translational research processes.Background in medicine, public health, life sciences, healthcare management, or a related discipline (advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred).Demonstrated leadership in startup, academic, or healthcare settings, with the ability to manage projects and multidisciplinary teams.Interest in geriatric medicine, healthy aging, preventive health, and the use of technology or AI in healthcare.Ability to work on-site in Agartala and commit to building a long-term, mission-driven organization.
