About MDSMahadeva Digital Solutions Private Limited (MDS) is a Startup India-recognized technology company based in Hyderabad, founded in May 2025. We build Human-Interactive AI and Affective AI technologies that enhance human capabilities, intelligence, and quality of life. You will work as a strategic partner to the CEO, turning high-level plans into action and leading day-to-day decision-making in our early stages.Key ResponsibilitiesFundraising & Finance: Co-lead fundraising, pitch to investors, prepare business cases, manage budgets and capital requirements.Product & Operations: Oversee product roadmaps, set up operational processes, and align development with market needs.Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team with clear roles and a culture of innovation and accountability.Cross-Functional Leadership: Oversee product development, project management, R&D, design, and administration.Risk Management: Assess product, market, financial, and operational risks; adapt and pivot when needed.Brand & External Relations: Represent MDS to investors, partners, customers, and media; build strategic partnerships.Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to statutory, tax, labour, and contractual obligations.Strategic Execution: Lead expansion projects, new product rollouts, and other strategic initiatives.Who We're Looking ForThinks big and is not afraid to take bold betsTakes ownership and turns ideas into realityAmbitious, driven, and passionate about meaningful impactSees technology as a force for positive changeWants to build something extraordinary, not just work for itBacks words with consistent action, commitment, and executionQualificationsAnyone can apply.
