The product is designed to fit into a broader ecosystem that includes version control, testing frameworks, and deployment workflows, rather than replace them. Applicants will join a team that values combining powerful tooling with human expertise to create more efficient and effective development processes.Role Description As a Co-Founder at Codex Sheet, you will help define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, working closely with technical and business stakeholders to shape the company’s direction. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, validating product ideas, and collaborating with developers and designers to refine features and user experiences. You will lead core business functions such as sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer development, while establishing operational processes and performance metrics. The role requires active participation in fundraising, investor relations, and community engagement to build brand awareness and trust. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.Qualifications Strong analytical skills and research capabilities to understand market trends, user needs, and competitive landscapes.Excellent communication skills for clear articulation of vision, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder alignment.Proven experience in sales, including lead generation, customer relationship management, and closing strategic deals.Marketing skills with familiarity in product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and digital or growth marketing tactics.Previous entrepreneurial, startup, or product leadership experience is highly beneficial.Ability to operate hands-on in a fast-paced environment and make data-informed decisions.Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Comfort working closely with software development teams; technical literacy is a plus.
