We’re looking for a committed business partner to join our technical founding team and lead fundraising, investor relationships, and external representation as we prepare for our first institutional and strategic fundraising.What you’ll own

• Develop and execute our fundraising strategy.
• Shape the company’s story, pitch deck, and investor materials.
• Lead investor outreach, meetings, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing.
• Build relationships with investors and strategic partners.
• Work with the founding team to shape the company’s direction.The existing technical founders will continue leading product development and technical execution.Who we’re looking forYou have personally led and closed an institutional seed or Series A round, or a credible angel or syndicate round with reputable investors. You understand startup financing, term sheets, and cap tables, and can communicate a company’s vision and market opportunity clearly.Beyond experience, we value ownership, reliable follow-through, proactive communication, and the ability to move work forward in an uncertain environment. We’re looking for someone ready to make a long-term commitment to building the company.Compensation and opportunityThis is an equity-based co-founder position. Equity allocation, vesting, and any initial cash compensation will need to be agreed with the founding team.
