Company DescriptionSince 2020, Landlele has delivered renewable energy and energy efficiency products and services. We are now moving into e-waste recycling, one of the fastest-growing waste streams in the EU, where fewer than 40% is recycled according to the European Parliament. Globally, e-waste is projected to grow from 62 million tonnes in 2022 to 82 million tonnes by 2030. One concept we are exploring is small modular recyclers placed where e-waste is generated, recovering as much value as possible locally and returning it to the people and organisations that produce it.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a co-founder to join us as an equal partner in building Landlele, shaping the product vision, growth strategy and daily operations, with a focus on:Technological developmentCommercial and partnership developmentSourcing of financial partnersQualificationsStrong analytical skills to interpret data, test hypotheses and support strategic and operational decisions.Excellent written and spoken communication for engaging with partners, customers and stakeholders.Sales skills to identify opportunities, build relationships and turn interest into early customers and partnerships.Marketing skills to build brand awareness and a pipeline of partners.Research skills to understand customer needs, market dynamics and regulatory and technical requirements in e-waste, circular economy and sustainability.An entrepreneurial mindset, with experience of or strong interest in startups, cleantech or the circular economy.Ability to work collaboratively in a small team, take ownership and operate with limited structure and resources.Fluency in English; additional North European languages are an advantage.LocationPreferably in the Nordics or BalticsRemote work is also possibleLegalHolder of an Estonian e-Residency card, or willing to obtain one (needed to set up the company in Estonia)
