With over 150 clients, the company combines creativity, expertise, and local insight to design impactful events that put movement and wellbeing at the heart of work life.Role Description The Co-Founder will play a central role in shaping Haraakah’s strategic direction, business growth, and brand positioning, working closely with existing leadership to scale operations in Saudi Arabia and beyond. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing key client relationships, and overseeing the planning and execution of corporate wellness and sports event programs. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, guiding marketing and sales efforts, and using data-driven insights to refine services and drive sustainable growth. The Co-Founder will also contribute to financial planning, budgeting, and partnership development, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission of promoting physical and mental wellbeing. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to evaluate market opportunities, measure program impact, and support strategic decision-making.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams, present to clients, and represent the brand with clarity and confidence.Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to build pipelines, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth through long-term client partnerships.Candidates should possess Marketing expertise to shape brand strategy, guide campaigns, and position Haraakah as a leader in corporate wellness and sports events.Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and develop a multidisciplinary team.Background in entrepreneurship, business development, or consulting, preferably within events, sports, wellness, or related industries.Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and corporate culture; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage but not required.Willingness to work on-site in Riyadh, with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend events.
