Team members collaborate closely to solve real-world problems in e-commerce using data, automation, and modern software practices.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Co-Founder (CTO): AI Technical with Investment role based in Noida, India. The role involves leading the end-to-end technical strategy, including architecture, design, and development of AI-driven features and platform components. The Co-Founder CTO will build and manage the engineering team, establish development standards, oversee code reviews, and ensure secure, scalable, and reliable systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include hands-on coding, model development and evaluation, integrating AI solutions into product workflows, and collaborating with business and product stakeholders to translate market needs into technical roadmaps. The role also includes contributing capital investment, participating in fundraising discussions, and aligning technology decisions with long-term business growth.QualificationsStrong analytical skills for data-driven decision making, AI model evaluation, and technical problem solving.Effective communication skills to collaborate with co-founders, investors, engineering teams, and non-technical stakeholders.Sales and marketing awareness to align product features with customer needs and support go-to-market strategies.Research capabilities to stay current with AI, machine learning, and software engineering best practices, and evaluate emerging tools.Proven experience designing and building scalable software platforms, preferably with AI/ML components.Hands-on proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks used for AI and backend development (e.g., MERN, JavaScript/TypeScript, ML frameworks).Experience leading technical teams, setting engineering processes, and working in startup or early-stage environments.Understanding of cloud infrastructure, APIs, data pipelines, and security best practices.Ability to operate as a co-founder, including strategic thinking, ownership mindset, and willingness to invest financially in the venture.Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
