Co-Founder / CTO (startup coming out-of-stealth)

We speak about day zero. And we stay from the mindset in day zero thinking until the IPO. And we have a clear growth and tech roadmap to an IPO.Day Zero, but you got some important assets for the start: tests concepts, MVPs, issued patents in worldwide roll-out etc.We love tech, but we believe in teams and founders with passion and risk takers... or short: entrepreneurs.We have CEO role and CTO. We look also for founders in other US cities. Only US and only US citizens. No off-shoring etc. Only applications with a clear statement why you want to found will be answered. Role and qualification CTO:Technical Leadership & Vision: Collaborate closely with the CEO to shape and drive the technical roadmap, aligning the development of innovative, scalable solutions with our long-term business objectives.Sensor and Camera Data Expertise: Leverage a strong background in sensor technologies, including camera systems and multi-modal data synchronization and beyond.Platform Architecture & Development: Architect, design, and build the core platform from the ground up, ensuring robustness, scalability, and adaptability to support rapid growth and evolving requirements.AI & Machine Learning Integration: Develop and implement AI/ML models to power intelligent features and insights, with experience in frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch being a significant advantage.Team Leadership & Growth: Recruit, lead, and mentor a diverse tech team, cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.Full-Stack Development & Cloud Expertise: Skilled in both frontend and backend frameworks, with experience in cloud platforms and DevOps tools to ensure a scalable, high-performance system.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related fields.
