Our approach uses causal experimentation on simulated markets, not generic synthetic-user roleplay.We work with enterprise teams across strategy, research, data, product, engineering, security, and procurement. Value is created when an ambiguous business question becomes a correctly scoped experiment and the customer receives evidence they can act on.We need a co-founder to own that path.About the roleYou will own a small number of high-value enterprise relationships from signed contract through delivery, executive readout, renewal, and expansion. You will translate unclear objectives into measurable workstreams, coordinate business and technical teams, resolve dependencies, and make sure every engagement produces a decision-ready result.You will also build the operating system around delivery, people, finance, vendors, legal, security, and internal accountability.This is a founder role for someone who wants to build the organization, not manage an established process.Responsibilities- Own 2 to 3 enterprise relationships from kickoff through renewal and expansion.- Turn customer goals into a clear decision, outcome, workstreams, owners, deadlines, and acceptance criteria.- Produce concise executive updates and decision-ready deliverables.- Bridge customers with research, product, data, engineering, security, and commercial teams.- Identify missing data, product gaps, security requirements, and delivery risks early.- Design pilots around agreed success criteria and the next commercial decision.- Build a repeatable playbook for kickoff, data intake, delivery, readout, renewal, and expansion.- Create lightweight systems that make ownership, capacity, risks, and next steps visible.- Build reliable company processes across people, vendors, legal, security, and finance.You may be a fit if- You have owned complex enterprise engagements in consulting, enterprise AI or data deployment, professional services, or an early-stage operating role.- You have carried work from an unclear executive request through implementation and a measurable outcome.- You build trust with senior customers while working fluently with technical teams and complex data.- You raise risks early, communicate clearly, and finish the work.- You create structure without adding bureaucracy.- You are comfortable doing the work yourself before hiring a team.- You want founder-level responsibility, risk, and ownership.- You are based in New York City or willing to relocate.Compensation3% to 5% equity on a fully diluted basis, with the final grant based on experience, cash compensation, and scope. Standard four-year vesting with a one-year cliff. Cash compensation will be stated separately.
