We are looking for a co-founder to build the commercial side of PropVeritas.PropVeritas is an early-stage real estate acquisition intelligence platform, built and operated from the European Space Agency Business Incubation Centre (ESA BIC) in Noordwijk, The Netherlands.The platform brings together cadastral and planning data, satellite Earth Observation, LiDAR and terrain intelligence, environmental and geological data, hydrology, transaction data and AI to support land discovery, acquisition screening and development feasibility.The technology is being developed and deployed across multiple markets, including the Netherlands, UK, France, Switzerland, US, Canada, UAE and East Africa, with additional geographies being developed as demand requires.Who we're looking forWe are looking for someone with substantial experience in real estate investment, development or land acquisition, ideally with a strong network in the Netherlands and/or internationally.Relevant experience could include:Real estate developmentLand acquisitionReal estate investmentPrivate equity or private creditAsset managementSite selectionTechnical due diligenceGeospatial, GIS, Earth Observation or PropTechWhat matters most is an understanding of how real estate acquisition and development decisions are actually made, together with relationships across the industry.The roleThe co-founder would work closely with the existing founder to build the commercial side of PropVeritas.This would include:Developing relationships with developers, investors, lenders and other real estate participantsIdentifying where PropVeritas can create the most commercial valueDeveloping pilot and commercial opportunitiesShaping the commercial proposition and go-to-market strategyBringing real-world real estate experience into the continued development of the platformBuilding PropVeritas' commercial presence in the Netherlands and internationallyThe opportunityThis is a co-founder position, rather than an advisory or commission-only role.The structure would include equity participation, with the level reflecting the person's experience, commitment and role within the company.We are also preparing our initial funding round, after which the intention is to provide early compensation alongside equity as the company moves into commercialisation.We are open to structuring the company and founding team appropriately for the right person, including international expansion where relevant.Why nowPropVeritas is moving from technology development into commercialisation.The platform, data infrastructure and geographic coverage are being developed, pilots are underway, and we are now looking to build the commercial side of the company with someone who understands the real estate market from the inside.If you have substantial experience in real estate, geospatial technology or related fields and are interested in building something at the intersection of real estate, geospatial intelligence, satellite data and AI, please get in touch.Message us on LinkedIn or contact info@propveritas.com.
